2006, Word, Illustrator, InDesign. A novella I wrote for NaNoWriMo in 2005, which I then edited, laid out, and self-published as a side project while learning InDesign in college.
Merpati Chandra’s troubled life is transformed when she is stolen away to the parallel worlds of hell and paradise. With a chance escape from corruption and a new life amongst beings of light, she finds a boy who can help refine herself against the dark forces threatening to reclaim her and the inner apprehensions that constrict her.
