Tentatively named “Sterling”, this sweet cat is currently at odds with me due to a mistake leading him to get stuck somewhere in my bathroom on day 3 after bringing him home. My attempts to extract him were both futile and upsetting, and I hope he forgives me!
Until then, though, he’s been eating well in my bedroom and using things as his scratching spots as he pleases…including all the scratching stuff I had for Tina that she never used! He seems quite content to do as he likes during late night.
His story is that he was surrendered to a shelter after his owner could no longer care for him. He was well-loved, and I love him as well! I hope he will grow to trust me as we spend more time together… I just need to get in better shape and take care of myself if I wanna be down on the floor with him!
